Slideshow with images and videos

Hello,

I'd like to have an item field to add a slideshow with both images (from Joomla media manager) and videos (from Youtube).
Like the Slideshow CK module but within Flexicontent and customizable item by item.

I tried with the "Mini gallery" field or the "Image or gallery" one, but can't add videos

and "have" its preview image to be used (retrieved automatically) by flexicontent image-gallery field ?

No, sorry, my bad.

I mean, for example, i'd like to set one slide with a picture (from joomla media manager), one slide with a video (from youtube by setting its url yes), then add another slide with a picture, etc.

Like having two types of slides : image only and video.

For we cant on core need to dev maybe for pro

Thinking of how we would support this

- some of the JS galleries support this
with new 3.3.x layout per gallery (with XML file for parameters) we can declare inside XML which galleries support this

- and then about adding the video URL,
we have link to URL (a property per image value) too,
but probably better to use a new property

For now, I think i'm gonna use an external module like SlideshowCK and use a Flexi field "Load module" to create and load my slideshows on each item.
