remove icons in multiselect field in frontend item form

How do I get rid of these 4 icons/symbols next to a multiselect field in frontend item form?

these icons are
icomoon CSS

and they are because you have made the field to be multi-value
- usually for multi-select you do not need to make the field mult-value ... because it already contains multi-selection

so go to field configuration and disable the multiple value options


- about making the icons appear properly try to enable loading icomoon CSS in Flexicontent component parameters Advanced TAB and enable loading of icomoon CSS
