A lot of access denied messages in error log

Hello friends,
my site is generating enormous number of errors.
I have checked the hosting company error log for my account and in there i found thousands of records like this:

[Thu Feb 01 10:49:24.153475 2018] [access_compat:error] [pid 45507:tid 139928818149120] [client 164.138.218.16:40278] AH01797: client denied by server configuration: /home/nikholid/public_html/components/com_flexicontent/librairies/phpthumb/phpThumb.php

This is using huge percent of the servar resources and the hosting company do not want to put my site online.
Is there any way to minimize these Errors ?

these are not FLEXIcontent errors

- it is your webhost provider that disallowed the script from running to reduce CPU load

please contact your webhost provider and say that you reduced the script usage
and ask them to allow the script again

you could also forget of cheaping webhosting and getting some better

as said you can use fixed thumbnails in your modules
and also in blog category layout !
