Advanced search to unpublished records????

Hello,

have anyone an idea how can I change the Adv. Search to search also in unpublished content ???

I needed because i want for every user to be able to see only his own records ...

The only way to do this is to keep records unpublished ...

So i return to my initial question ..

Is there any way to search in unpublished records ?

yes then keep them unpublished

but why you are not using the (category-based) menu item "My items" ?
and in it configure to be shown
- the text search + some filters ?

the advanced search would be needed only if your website would grow to be big ...

Hi I have already used my contents menu for every user Search...

But I want administrators to search in everybody records..
In this case they cannot search in unpublished content..

That's why I'm m looking for code change..

you can give in some usergoups the ACLprivilege:

"List items in any state (Frontend)"

Go to component configuration at the "Permissions" TAB and select your usergroup
andthe find section "workflow"

Workflow
- List all items (Backend)
- List items in any state (Frontend)
- Send approval requests for draft items owned by others
- Can publish document changes in existing items

That's may works but in different situations (i can list my items in all records states)
but i'm looking to make advanced search to all available states ...

even to unpublished ...

Any idea how can i change that ?
