top menu stick always on top of screen even when you scrow down

please note that this behaviour of your template

- and it is not a bug, it is a feature
the template maker do this on purpose

Some template have configuration to disable this behaviour
- you can search your template configuration
- you can make a question to your template maker
- propably you can use custom CSS to force it not stick on top of screen when you scroll down
