Can I make a search on the site by items ID?

this was added recently (since v3.2.0)

you can
1. create a "Core properties" field
2. In its configuration
a. set "Core property" to "ID"
3. Make it t be "Filterable"

and display it in your categories filters or in search view filters

we were going to do this to:
ID:nnnn

but this is not implemented yet (not much of work but not implemented !),

so you will need to use a seperate filter as i described above
