Also, FC sends different urls in notifications.

Real url is http..../104-players/216-aimp

FC sends in email urls http..../104/216

This creates duplicates. Bad...

Hello

about URL not having the alias, i have made and tested a fix locally , will be in v3.2.1.1

about parameter to disable
content submit / update notificationw

they are the workflow TAB in the component configuration
also this is configurable per content type (and per category , you would need to have enabled this explicitely as it is by default OFF)
- so besides component you may want to check content types too

After changing configuration , you will need to relogin or save a different item, since these notifications are sent once per item for every login session
