archive module - showing months with number of artikels

dear flexicontent team,

is there a way to make an archive module, which lists all months where an articles has been published and the number of posts during this period.
by chosing a month, it will show a page with all articles published that month.

so:
july 2017 (5) -> linking to 5 articles published in july
june 2017 (4) -> ...
april 2017 (
...

okay, i found the solution.
it s actually in the flexicontent core, so flexicontent is still good for suprises

go to the field "create-date" and activate the filter.
if you display this field as filter, it will show months & number of articles
