Can i exclude FC from being used on specific category ?

Hi,
I would like to know if it's possible to not use FC on a specific category (continue to use the joomla core) ?
And if it's possible, how ?

you can create frontend links to Joomla category view


about not using FLEXIcontent in item viewing
- you can create a type or use an existing type "article"
and in type manager in column "Joomla article view", set to
"Allowed"

Also in v3.2.0-beta you are able to edit an item with both
Joomla article form and FLEXIcontent item view

- parameters are Joomla article / FLEXIcontent item display parameters are preserved
- J3.7+ custom fields are editable inside FLEXIcontent item form
- FLEXIcontent custom fields (if you create some) are editable inside Joomla article form (almost finished)


and in type manager there will be a new column "Joomla article form"
"Allowed"
or
"Rerouted to FC item form"

i recommand to always use flexicontent, its realy simple to disable field and use same interface for all ... less problem for futur
