Filter by ID on frontend?

for backend it is useful
but for frontend , it sounds uncommon

But when real estate agents works with clients, for example talking on mobile, they says "Please, check our great propose on our site, ID - 45".

Because it's impossible to say: mysite.com/realestate/houses/item/45-appartments-with-garden-near-sea.
So, my clients very asked for ID filtering.

I need simple search box, based on FC search module (not filter).

It should search only by item ID (no text search or any).
