Hello

you mean items that have all 3 or 4 tags ?

Do this:
Create a category menu item or a multicategory menu item (and select ZERO categories)

and then use the "Locked" filter values parameter entering all 3 tags
use something like
14##45+++47+++56

14 is the ID of the tag field
45, 47, 56 is the IDs of tags that you want
