Sorry if this question has been answered already, I searched the forum but did not find a solution. In a frontend form I would like to create a group of fields, which can be added multiple times. For example:

Group:
  • TextArea ("phone call")
  • RadioButton ("followup")
  • Date ("timestamp")
And when a single button is clicked ("Add Note"), these three fields are added as a group to the frontend form. Can this be configured easily?

Hello

- create the 3 fields, and enable in them , the parameter "Use in group"
- create a "Fieldgroup" field and select in the 3 fields,

remember to assign the "Fieldgroup" field into the desired Content Type
