- the module is a copy of the categories module include with Joomla 3, so we use the helper function of Joomla, and it has no option to do such ordering

- the module will use (should use) the ordering that you have set in backend

so the suggested method is:
to order the categories in the backend (click the "ordering" column head twice)

it is as i said in my above answer, there is no option in the module to order, the backend order is used

incredible . such a basic thing . not have. when working with many categories is impossible commandest in joomla . even so. thanks for the answer.
