form upload (mov,mp4,pdf,doc)+ history submition

Hello,
I want to make a custom form in joomla 3 where the user will be able to upload a .mov or mp4 file, and a .Pdf or .doc from another field, sending also a brief (wiriting in a text area).
It is also important to save for the user a list of his past submitions, so as to be able to see the data he had sent us (only reading, no posibility to edit the old ones).
Is it posible with the FlexiContent extension?

you can have same information as J3 versions, and like J3 compare too

- but you can load older versions and save them as current
- when you save new version, older one is lost
- and e.g. you cannot select when to save new version, each time you click save a new version is created

so i think it is not exactly what you need
