Imported items not shown

Hi.
I'm using FeedGator to import content from RSS feed. These tables are filled with correct data (at least I do think so):
+ #__content: publish_up, access, state
+ #__flexicontent_cats_item_relations: catid, itemid
+ #__flexicontent_items_ext: item_id,type_id,language,lang_parent_id,search_index
+ #__flexicontent_fields_item_relations: field_id,item_id,value
In back-end everything's OK, but recently imported items don't want to appear in front-end unless they were edited and saved by FlexiContent.
I've checked all related tables but didn't find any additional data added by FlexiContent that allow items to be shown.

after you import content via 3rd party method, then logout and relogin to backend and then visit FLEXIcontent items manager

then you will be asked to "bind" the new items to a FLEXIcontent item TYPE e.g. to type "article"

Thank you for quick reply, but it seems that you did not quite understand me: in bac-kend everything is OK, I have already done "bindextdata" and all that kind of things in background after content is imported. The question is: why these articles did not appear in front-end?

- check access level of item/category/content type
- start/end publication dates
- category start/access level of the item's main category

2.
in items manager edit one of these items and save it, does it make a difference ?

if so maybe the access level is empty instead of public, (but the item form/items manager will show "public" when access level is empty)

3.
also which FC version are you using ?
