Is this possible: two step approval?

I have been asked to set up our site so different staff are responsible for editing different pages. When they change/edit their pages, an email is sent to their manager who approves the change/edit or disapproves it with a reason message. When the manager approves the change/edit an email is sent to the publisher who publishes it or does not. If not, the publisher can send a reason.

Is this possible with Flexicontent?

Hello

well,

- 1 email (to multiple recipients) is generated,

and i don't see why this is not possible to FLEXIcontent, the second email, is sent by the reviewer to the publisher, so it does not need to be sent by FLEXIcontent

e.g. configure both publisher and reviewer to get the first email:
configure email targets for
- new content and
- also for changes to existing content

and then the reviewer will send the email when he is done

Regards
