URL Creation

For some reason - I can't get the links listed on this category to go to the menu item:

vf.taichungdesigner.com/en/tours/vip-tours

For example: Gold-11-DAY goes to:
vf.taichungdesigner.com/en/tours ... 1-day-test

However, it has been added to the menu and the link is:
vf.taichungdesigner.com/en/tours ... old-11-day

SEF TURNED OFF the link is: index.php?option=com_flexicontent&view=item&cid=24:vip-tours&id=50:gold-11-day-test&Itemid=371&lang=en

Shouldn't it go to the menu item?
www.flexicontent.org/documentati ... -urls.html

The only link that works properly is ‘FOOTBALL AND MORE’ 10 DAY TOUR at the bottom of the page.

SEF TURNED OFF: index.php?option=com_flexicontent&view=item&cid=24:vip-tours&id=56:bronze-10-day&Itemid=422&lang=en

Any Ideas? FLEXIcontent version 2.2.0 r1883

On further examination:

The menu links work fine in the sliding carousel:
vf.taichungdesigner.com/en/
This area: awesomescreenshot.com/04d2o7b45c

The only difference between the good link and the bad aliases is the Category Order. The Primary Category is first for Football & More but the others aren't.

Could this be related?

Hmm - now my mod_flexicontent goes to the wrong URL:

vf.taichungdesigner.com/en/

Any Ideas?

The problem is my modules are set to appear on certain menu items.

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite being huge extension) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?
