XMAP problem - Sitemap not generating items

this version fixes the XML parsing error


- besides that you will need to

1. Add FLEXIcontent category items to
a. Either: ALL top-level categories ()
b. or: to multi-category menu item with specific categories will work, but not if you create multi-category menu item and you do not select any ca

2. and configure FLEXIcontent XMAP plugin to expand them

-- after doing the above, if still the menu items are not expanded to include the include individual items, then you may send me a PM with super-admin login to test it

-- i have tested the above locally with J3.2 too

also you may enable Joomla Error reporting in Joomla GLOBAL configuration to check if any PHP notices are printed

Hello, it's working now. The fix removed the parsing error when I published single-category menu items. I had them listed as directory items before. All items are generated correctly. Thanks for your help.

note that "Directory" view and "Search" view menu items are not expanded to list items


There are expanded
- single category menu items
- author menu items
- multi-category menu items -if- they use specific category ids
- tag menu items

Hi, I tried this with FC 2.2.0 and it only generates an entry for the frontpage, nothing else.

The download link is also broken somehow, it saves as "27.html" and has to be renamed with a .zip ending.

it only generates an entry for the frontpage, nothing else

first make sure you have latest plugin
Xmap Plugin for FLEXIcontent

then check plugin parameters/configuration

NOTE:
1. the sitemap creation starts at menu item,
it does not generate all content, it needs to start at menu items

e.g. if you have a category menu item, and you configured the plugin properly, then content below it (categories and items) will be expanded

2. also check the type of map that you are generating
