Problem with Google search Results

hi, I have a problem with the Google search display. At the end of my title is the day'' home-home'' added in the google search results.
how can I disable it?

That text does not currently exist on your pages.
So no telling where Google got it.
It could be you were making some changes to the website at that time when the crawl happened.

That was from the last time Google crawled your website.
Check your Google Webmaster Tools to see when that was.

Next time Google crawls they should fix it.
