Have problem with image field when use Item+Field Specific F

and everything ok but i suspect. May be problem all if same folder images/stories/flexicontent i think may be.

-- .htaccess files should be created inside

when you said that you deleted .htaccess, you meant that there was a .htaccess in which folder ??:

a. images/stories/flexicontent/

b. images/stories/flexicontent/item_nnn_field_nnn/

c. images/stories/flexicontent/item_nnn_field_nnn/original/

The file .htaccess is create on a. images/stories/flexicontent/
but for c.images/stories/flexicontent/item_nnn_field_nnn/original/ have file .htaccess too

but when i delete .htaccess from a. images/stories/flexicontent/ is automatic create again.

i see, question
-1- image / gallery field in "folder mode", did you also have an image / gallery field in DB-mode ?

please check this:
in FLEXIcontent component configuration / Options TAB / Files Configuration

did you set parameter :
Path to secure files folder
or
Path to media files folder

to be:
images/stories/flexicontent

- I have 3 field in Item+Field Specific Folder same path but now i change 2 field to anothor still 1 is mode Item+Field Specific Folder and ok
