Need advice to manage category layout was created by edas

Hi,

I created new layout from items-tabbed layout.
Everything is Ok with items layout.

With categories I have following problems:
Cannot remove fields: sort list, created by, created date, category dependence.
Also I want to show entire "Description" (textarea field), not only part of it.
I managed to remove print and RSS icons, text search, alphanumerical order list but was failed to manage other items.
I also want product image to show below item title.

Currently developing page is:

Hello

-- please note that some templates also have parameters (all template have positions but some have parameters too) !

you are using the blog template for your category right?

-- Please go to the bottom right of the category edit page and configure the parameters
