blank page on my client computer was created by telibera

I am using for the first time flexicontent with J 2.5, I made my instalation ok and fill in for our first category and type; on mu computer on any browser everithing goes just right; buty on my client's computer, using Iexlorer, crome or firefox, when we try to save a new item, we end on a white page, just the name of the item gets to be created, but all the informations of the fields of teh type never get´s saved...

An idea about what can I do?

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite being huge extension) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?

PC with Windows 7 Home premium; but i have seen the same problem on public computers using Windows Xp; by the way, I'm using Xp also...

When the bug apear, after click on <Save and Back> the url that brings the blank page is like this... there 3 examples from diferent browsers:

didactitodo.com/index.php?option ... RhbG9nbw==

didactitodo.com/index.php?option ... RhbG9nbw==

When I do the item in my computer and some more and the process is correct we just get:

didactitodo.com/catalogo

I am using Joomla 2.5.11
and FC v2.1.2_r1806

The error that I recive is...

Code:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 16777216 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 2420 bytes) in /srv/disk9/1372217/www/didactitodo.com/components/com_flexicontent/librairies/phpthumb/phpthumb.functions.php on line 372

I set uo the 2420 Bytes in the size of the images... do I take that back?
