you can override
-- per category view
-- and then per content type

(recommended way is set to enable comments in component parameters and then disable comments for some content types (avoid overriding comments in category parameters))

and first page of the site have 5 or 10 hotels like this www.cgprom.fr/

What extinction(modules) use to make these two page in my web site ?

this site is done with flexi => it possible ...
for first page is a catégorie view without description and big image
other is tabs template with lot of customisation + 1 big image before

Where can I find a tab tamlate ?

1. all built-in templates have TABS in their item layout,

except for the item layout of blog template

2. also the presentation template has TABs in its category layout
