Can i do this? user registration and data DB chained data

Hi to all!

I need to do the next:
- A form that the user enter a series of data
- The data includes user name and password.
- Part of the data will be a list of dependant list, that item need to read the data of a field in a mysql database, when the user select a option on the first list then the second list shows related data, I will need to do this in a third list (country, region and town).
- When the user completes to enter the data all the data needs to be saved on a table of the database and send a email to a especific address with the data entered.
- Later, the user will be able to enter with your username and password to modify their data previously entered.

How can I do this?
I can do this with flexicontent??

currently, FLEXIcontent does not extend the user registration form with extra fields, so you can not do these, maybe in some future version

FLEXIcontent extends only your site content data to provide complex content type / fields / templating / faceted search / etc
