Hello

sorry, you did not find it because i said wrong place
AND it is missing from component settings !

it exists only inside category edit form parameters
(inside the slider category information look at subcategories)

-- I will add the missing global parameter at:
FLEXIcontent component parameter /
Content Display (TAB) /
Category view (Section) /
Subcategories Information

-- Flexicontent is Free but involves a big effort on our part.

- 2010 (subcategorie)
-- freestyle (subcategorie)
-- BringBack (subcategorie)

Hello

every category can display it's subcategories
-- so edit the subcategory LIST ordering parameter -only- in this category ;)
a. edit you category from FC categories backend manager
b. go to slider category Information and scroll a bit down, it is there

-- there a lot more options than just the ordering, you can shape the subcategory display to be e.g. a bulleted list or use prefix suffix separator

Example of using prefix/suffix/separators/etc, e.g. placing subcategories into columns

Regards

Hello

1. set your category to use the "blog template"

this is inside the category edit form
at bottom right

2. then configure parameters of blog template (it is after the template selector)

Next version will place template parameter into TABs (like TABs that exist in item form) to make it easier to locate this

Regards
