[SOLVED]search not working anymore (sh404sef ?)

Hello,

I am in trouble because the search module is not working anymore.
I don't know if it's related to sh404sef urlrewrinting or because I have been asked to install xmap (which I have not disactivated but without search working better). Or maybe there's another reason...

When I search on home page I get redirected to homepage with this url
www.mysite.fr/?searchword=test

When I search on another page I get a JFolder::create: Impossible de créer le répertoire error and the url is something like this : www.mysite.fr/informatique-resea ... ask=search
And the search result display below...

Any idea ?

'latest' version is not a version number

maybe use the older version that worked until we have a chance to test this

I managed to get rid of the JCreate error (pb with temp folder).
The problem remains only on the home page : search does nothing except changing url to www.serfa.fr/?searchword= [searchwords]

Versions :
FC : version 2.0.2 r1680
Joomla : 2.5

And a mistake in my previous post concerning Xmap

which I have now disabled

I have news, when I disable sh404SEF System Plugin, search works fine on the home page..
The trouble is that I cannot connect to their forum because the module was bought by the referencing society...
I thought that maybe someone else had this problem before here ?
