Hello,

I have a homepage which is built in blog of category of a category "Home".
In articles, I always put her(it) in secondary category.

But I would want to have in my blog a very precise order of articles.
In administration, I have to use for this particular category the arrangement with the new (and great) tool.
But nothing makes for it.

Is it necessary whether it is the main category of the article?

If anybody could say to me?

Hello,
FLEXIcontent as you said supports multiple categories per item

And you can set ordering for every category
-- in items manager
1. filter via the desired category, and click to order via the ordering column (click on the header of order column)
2. make sure that ordering is "FLEXIcontent" and not "Joomla"
3. drag and drop the items to change order and then click save at the top of the column
4. In you category configuration select "ordering" as primary order

NOTE: all above are in the pop-up ordering help of items manager

Thanks Georgio.
But

In you category configuration select "ordering" as primary order

is not possible for me.

I want the primary order for the homepage, and the recent item for others pages !
that is possible ?

All the content-item are with the same type.

Hello,

I found the solution.

To choose the order ofitem in one category, you should not put the option " to include the subcategories " in Yes.
She owes etre in "no".
In plutard for the following problem.
