Change the unauthorised content error page

When a user who does not have permissions attempts to create a new item they are redirected to a screen displaying the site categories and an error message is shown at the top of this screen. How do you change this page to another page such as the homepage

1. FLEXIcontent Component Configuration (click configuration button at top right)
2. Under 1st TAB (called "Options")
3. Under section: "Redirections Configuration"
4. There are 2 redirections page (1 for viewing items and 1 for creating items)

NOTE: the one for creating items will apply to all create actions (with or without submit menu item)
-- but for Submit Menu Items you can override and thus have a different unauthorized page per submit menu items
