How to import Categories using Jix Component

Hell Dear Friends,

In order to import Data to my joomla I use the Jix

extensions.joomla.org/extensions ... xport/7330

But really I never need more then Contacts and users data base.

Now after this great solution I need to Import catogries.

What i'm sure from that the Jix support all joomla component.

But, All I need to know how Can I create the CSV file !

I mean I dont know how to make make it and I try in many way but am sure I always do some thing wrong.
