Hello

this should be shown if you display the category via a menu item of type
Joomla category view,

FLEXIcontent category view, currently does not use them

hi
yes i've do that i use a menu item of type
Joomla category view, for show the intro text and image of some articles.
i've see that the image of the articles created before the installation of flexicontent are showed on category view menu but for new article created after installation of flexicontent and with the setting of image from compatibily tab are not showed on category view.

I've se that on the compatibily tab of the article created before the installation of flexicontent i can't see the image path and if i go hover the preview button receive the popup whit the message no image set.
But the image are showed on the site correctly.

Hello

did not have time to test these yet,
(that is why TAB is disabled),
probably the parameter group name is wrong

- this was low priority, since it is never need for new FLEXIcontent sites (FLEXIcontent image/url fields are a lot more powerful)

- for existing sites we understand the need for this

will test

ok
(that is why TAB is disabled)
you intend tab compatibility?

Than tell me if you find a solution because i've a slider module (Camera Slides) that is a combination of default Joomla Articles newsflash module and Camera Slideshow jQuery plugin and use the article image for the slideshow gallery and we need to change it.

thanks
bye

Hello

Work to support these parameters "/fields" is in progress

they will be supported via image field and weblink field,

thus integrating smoothly with FLEXIcontent frontend views and FLEXIcontent item form

See here:
www.flexicontent.org/forum/index ... pic#p45449

This may be supported in v2.1.3 final, otherwise in v2.2.0 beta
