File Upload Issues?

I'm trying to upload some files using the file manager but I'm running into some issues.

Where can I set the max upload size on files? Is this in a setting on the server or is this something I can set somewhere within Joomla or more specifically, within FlexiContent?
Choose a file [ Max size : 0M ]

Also, when I try and upload from my server directly, I have 3 .doc files in a folder, I will point to that folder, tell it to upload, specify doc, it will go through the process, then tell me it successfully uploaded 0 files.

I've tried 2 different folders as well.

Is this second issue related to the first one by chance?
