Is there a 'comments' plugin / module that allows the visitors to the site to upload documents and images? rather than just use the url icon

Unfortunately it is not supported by JComments or JomComments.
I don't see a simple straigthtforward way to do this now.
Anyone has an idea?

maybe use repository ore phocadownload with comment ...
