One field for each one category - SOLVED -

I use flexicontent 1.5.4
I am using 4 new templates, copies of the template default.
One template for each type of information.
The teachers send 4 diferents types of information for his students.
This 4 diferent types must not appear together.
I have put each type of information in a different template.
If I make copies of the default template, this lines should appear...

I'd like to clarify what you call the "views".
The system contains a form to send data
(flexicontent-"item submission form").
And an item to view data (flexicontent-category).
In this system there are two views.
Is this correct?

All users are registered in "flexiaccess" as "individual group."
You think there's any reason to create new groups such as teachers, students?

I did not understand the last part when you say:

The problem I have is related to the information in one of four templates that I created, the template "academic."
The fields for the teacher to send data and the data that students will see are all in this template.

Yes the form to send an item and the display of an item is the same view with different --layout template file--. The displaying of a category is another view.

Note the --layout template file-- is not a Flexicontent template, a Flexicontent Template is a sub-folder inside the folder templates.

If you don't put users into different groups how can you make the see different things ??!! So yes it is needed.

The file i asked you to change lists the items in the category view:
'components/com_flexicontent/templates/default/category_items.php'

I made three changes to the template: I added the first code and changed the other two.
I've tried sending data.
When he went to see the data submitted, there appeared a totally blank screen.
The first code, I added códido, had no opening tag and closing tag.
I thought it was a little weird. When I put the web editor showed me all in black.
I say this because the web editor brings color to different parts of the code for easy reading.

why someone did not correct me???
It is much easier AND YOU DON'T NEED TO CHANGE your template.
Do this:
1. Create your FlexiAccess Groups e.g. teachers, students, parents. All of same level e.g. Level 2
2. Assign users to the FlexiAccess Groups (teachers, students, parents etc)
3. Assign all Fields you want to your template (don't edit template file), do it graphically by going to the template manager.
4. Go to each field and click to edit it. Click the blue slider link that says "Manage Permissions". The permission will open. Click to remove permissions from the public group.
5. Now you can choose for which groups the field will be displayed !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The teacher put the note of each student using a field "select".
All fields "select" in the same formulary and the same screen.
Each student who comes to see, see only his note (flexicontent-category)
I commented that I'm still not working with collective groups, just individual groups.

I mention one last issue:
Each teacher has a menu to see, just see the notes that he has already sent to each student. (with flexicontene-category)
To create this menu I used the same settings I used for each student (with flexicontent-category).
But when the teacher will see the data of one student, shows the data of others.
