Cannot Access Item Submission Form was created by murrayzz1

I have a site using FLEXI-Content and FLEXI-Access, and I want to enable the front end item submission form.

I have created a menu link, and all registered users are authorised in FLEXI-Access to view the page. However, when I access the page it gives a 403 error.

The link is at testing9.co.uk/home/news-journal ... ticle.html , and the site is behind a login, username and password are both "user".

Could you suggest why this error is occurring?

do you use joomla restriction on your menu ?

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite being huge extension) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?

Hi, thanks for the suggestion. I had a restriction on the parent menu item, but I have now removed that.

I have also set all permissions in FLEXI-Access so that all menu items should be viewable to Public.

But still the Item Submission Form returns a 403 error.

Could you suggest what else might be the problem?
