Unable to use plugins [SOLVED]

Thanks for your help. I'm sure that this tutorial it's right, but i'm still unable to use plugins

With normal articles all right, with flexicontent don't work. This is what i do

do not use Maj lettre in name ... sometime it is the problem...
what is your display in front ?

I've changed to minor the name and re-drag the field into template, but nothing happends.

I am desesperated. Even i have installed a new joomla only for this issue... I need the plugins or i won't be able to use flexicontent... What have I be doing wrong?

I solved the problem (with your help of course)

If you change the default value on a field, if the item already exists does not take the new value of that field (At least to me). You must to rewrite it. When I created a new item, the plugin has shown to me

Only a single question more, how do you find out the sintax of each plugin?

ok, but if the plugin not contains documentation is complicated. i will investigate how to find out the syntax in this cases.
