on Dashboard "Warning: call_user_func_array() "

Joomla Version 1.5.18
FLEXIcontent version 1.5.3c stable (r354)
JComments 2.2.0.2 [12/09/2010]

I've met another issue..
I've installed JComments successfully and set in Flexi "Global configuration" Enable comments : JComments (recommended).

Now, when I check the dashboard of Flexicontent:
I see that warning

Warning: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 2 to be array, string given in C:\xampp\htdocs\testflexi\libraries\joomla\cache\handler\callback.php on line 99

I really hope I did some mistakes since the beginning.. Because I'm really disappointed
I was used to use another french CCK, but I thought it was too big and difficult to handle. So I tried Flexi, because it looks very simple, but I meet errors.. even before starting to really use it..
Tell me I haven't set it correctly..

Ok I was coming back to say that.
So yeah online no problem.
So it's a local issue.
As the guy with the jomsocial test project, I'm using XAMPP.

maybe an appach configuration probleme
