Le Champ "Date et heure " se modifie tout seul !!

I think i understand you now, you speak of the date field,
An IMPORTANT question: you speak of date changing in
a. EDIT form immediately after saving ?
b. OR when VIEWING the item in frontend, it show wrong date ???

NOTE: In field configuration , you can setup timezone parameters for both
a. editing the dates according to timezone of editor, etc
b. displaying with or without timezone cone

please read the pop-up descriptions (if you think that some parameter mis-behaves , please explain what is happening)

There are parameters, to achieve what you need, and fully configure any desired timezone behavior both for
a. editing-storing and
b. displaying in frontend

I think i tried all differents parameters but every time I open the edit form in frontend in order to change another item , the time changes automatically ( +1 ) both in back-end or in front-end

now i understand you,
i checked and found the bug, but involves changing 2 files,

v2.0.1a was skipped,
v2.0.2 within week will have the fix,
if you need the fix now tell me and i will give you instructions what to patch.

The problem is this:
-- the saving in the DB is done correctly as it is supposed to,
BUT
when forms reloads after save it applies you timezone, despite the fact that you have set this not to be used
