So joomfish was injecting a translate version of the content that did not have the plugin code?

in fact, the field was translated by joomfish before i activate the plugin in the field. Then, the "trigger_onprepare_content" attribute value was equal to "0" (instead of "1") when i switched to the english web site.
A yes i had a similar experience before, and it was a bit tricky to track it down
