you can do this
give me a specific item ID that is not working (i might modify this item)
also tell me the field ID

then send me super admin access to the website via a PM

I found where the problem was.
For the thumbnail, I indicated 0 in width and 150 in height. But from now on, the 0 doesn't work anymore. I am obliged to inquire a value.
