Can't remove Menu Item URL

Hi,

My client accidentally added an item to the main menu:

www.cancer-tcm.com/2018-11-01-12-21-19

I have deleted the main menu item, and emptied the menu trash can - but its still showing the Menu URL. Have tried clearing cache:

Its accessible from FLEXIcontent Universal Module:

www.cancer-tcm.com/blog

I want it to go back to old links style:
www.cancer-tcm.com/content-page/item/2018-11-01-12-21-19

Any idea of how to do this?

Side note:
Joomla has new router - and I tested it with FLEXIcontent many moons ago and it worked - but now it no longer works as he had to rewrite the code:
+ docs.joomla.org/J3.x:New_Routing_System

I'm sure that everyone would purchase FLEXIcontent memberships for this feature.

hello on next relaease we add an option to remove id

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite being huge extension) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?

Hello

if an item belongs to a category , and this category or a parent category
has a menu item then this will be preferred

Here what you can try and see if it has the desired effect

Try way 1
In "Advanced route" plugin select categories than should not be used in URLs

Try way 2
a. Make sure a flexicontent menu item with alias "content-page" exits
b. In types manager you can configure edit type and inside "SEO" Tab
1. make the above menu item to be the default for the type
2. select to try the above "before" you try item's category

Thanks for taking the time to answer my problem.

Sorry - it was my fault as I realized the client added it to the hidden menu - which I forgot to check.
