catégorie principale et catégorie secondaire

apres le choix du type 
je n'aiplus la possibilité de la categorie secondaire 
elle est locked
 
And avant, pourquoi le choix des categorie secondaires ne representent que les categories identique de la categorie principale.

cela n'est pas le cas en blackend

before selecting the item type the limitations are not yet known

that is why i suggested to select a specific item type in the menu item

- ideally what we should do is this
when you select item type the form should auto-reload showing :
1. allowed fields
2. allowed categories

from UX perspective the auto-reloading is indeed the most proper
for current version you can use the solution i suggested with the menu item

I write name title,
i select categorie
I select type
and change type

the form auto-reload showing 
but without authorized categories.Other tests done.
If I do not choose the main category and only the type, I am asked to select the main category.
