Problème de Notifications avec joomla 3.8.8

Bonjour,
J'utilise flexicontent v3.2.1.14
Les notifications de création ou de modifications d'articles fonctionnaient sans problème avec joomla 3.8.6
Mais depuis la mise à jour vers joomla 3.8.8 ,je ne reçois plus les notifications.
Cela refonctionne si j'active le Debug des notifications dans la configuration de flexicontent ( bizarre)

Pour information, j'avais déjà eu ce souci, il y a presque 2 ans suite à une mise à jour. Problème qui avait été résolu par la suite avec une autre mise à jour.

if it is working with debug
i suspect that you session does not expired / cleared on logout

You see
notifications for every item save are only send once per user login session !

so if you edit an item save it and the close and then re-edit it and re-save it
there will not be extra message,
imagine having 10 messages because you clicked save 10 times ...

so logout and relogin and then try to save an item
- if session data were cleared then you will get a new message

Also note that the way that session data are cleared changed in J3.8.6 +
So you will need to configure the clear of them

do you get 1 email notification ?

About session, check these:
in Joomla Global configuration is your Session handler:
'database' ?

Is the system plugin Session Data Purge active ?
click to edit it
are both Session Cleanup and Session Metadata Cleanup active ?

My  Session handler is database and  Session Cleanup and Session Metadata Cleanup are active in plugin Session Data Purge .
But, I see the problem . If I change in Joomla Global configuration  Mail Settings to SMTP, it's OK for notification
