not all filtering options of universal module are supported by category view
e.g. the custom field filters are supported by category view
e.g. the "same" tags filters can be converted to be value of "tags" filter
so the above can be used
but e.g. the date filter scope is tricky !
An idea could be to make the more link be shown only if all filtering are supported by category view
