Champ Weblink et images

Thanks a lot for your help.

Finally, I used the champ : Text (number/time/etc/custom validation).

With opening text :
<a href="

And closing text :
"> <img src="link img"></a>

I created 3 champ : Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
Just, I will not have the number of clicks. But, It's not really serious.

Finaly, I have my 3 champ and in my field, I just have to add the web address.

For me it's more simple. ^^
