FLEXIcontent - Content Filtering Lists" no longer works

Hello,
I just update my template yootheme in warp 6.4.8. and then I updated Flexicontent in 3.0.13 (before I was 3.0.9rc6).
Now my module "FLEXIcontent - Content Filtering Lists" no longer works.
When the module is on the home page, the site crashes on opening.

When it is on a page in the site, it appears but is not working properly, it does not find the filter fields on items and then disappears:

before the updates, the site worked fine.
What can i do ?

just a small supplementary question, how can I hide fields on items that have (for example here:http://www.formation-maritime.fr/index.php/component/content/article/96-choisir-un-etablissement/etablissements/242-lycee-professionnel-maritime-jacques-cassard-nantes-pays-de-loire)
I looked in the templates, types, in the general configuration, I have not found. Should I override the "default" template ?

a reason can be the caching (employed by your Joomla template)
- the jQuery JS file is not included in the page

is the problem fixed when you click cache or when you disable Joomla cache ?
- try updating your template from your template maker

- my joomla cache is not actived
- my yoo template is up-to-date
- there is no jquery options in my template

please note that filters disappearing is not a bug
because filters are a module and the appear to specific menu items

there are is a fix that may effect target URL of the filtering form
- edit the module and verify that the form target (Menu item , etc) is the desired target
- also,
in module you may assign the module to ALL menu items and enable Display with specific criteria ("PHP rule" parameter)

The above is Joomla article view, You need to use FLEXIcontent item view.
- in order to use FLEXIcontent item view, you need to edit your menu items and change them from "Joomla Category" to "FLEXIcontent category" so that the links will be FLEXIcontent links
