sinon re installe FLEXI (tu ne perdra rien mais il va tout reverifié)

since you upgraded PHP,
and since this is a new website of local copy
why don't use delete the online website folder and DB
- and then (try again) to restore akeeba backup files with Akeeba kickstart ?

This message further shows that this is not a bug of FLEXIcontent
Maybe you original backup is corrupt
Also you do not need Akeeba backup to transfer a local website you need Akeeba in case of emergency to restore an --OLD-- copy
You can move you local copy via 2 steps:
- ZIP your local Joomla, upload it and restore it
- backup your database tables via local phpmyadmin and restore them to remote server
- edit the remote configuration.php to set
db-name, db-user, db-password, log-path, tmp-path
