empty item ?

Hello,

Today, I've seen something strange on one of my website with v2.2.0 r1932 of flexi
I have some empty item without id, like this :

with message:
Warning: Creating default object from empty value in ..../administrator/components/com_flexicontent/models/items.php on line 201

I don't see them in database.
Is it possible the website was hacked ?

2 in phpmyadmin check your table
3 in phpmydamin repair your table

J'ai tenté d'installer les versions v2.2.0 stable et v2.2.1 RC et de réparer les tables mais j'ai toujours ces items vides qui sont là.
De plus, quand je regarde dans #_content, je ne vois rien. Je ne les trouve pas.
Je ne vois pas d'où cela peut venir.

I create a new item and the problem disappear. (empty items have disappeared )

possible an item save operation was half done

but also try repairing the tables, and updating to v2.2.1 rc1 (has no new bugs compared to v2.2.0 stable)
