Advanced search indexer (Cron task)

Hello team,

I'd like to automate the flexicontent's advanced indexation from cron task. Can you tell me which is the way to make it ?

We use FlexiContent v2.1.3 r1857.

please use v2.2.0

also if you add your content via FLEXIcontent item form then you do not need to run FLEXIcontent (advanced) search indexer,


-- you only need to run:

a. (advanced) search indexer if ADD/REMOVE a field as (advanced) text searchable/filterable

b. (basic) search indexer if ADD/REMOVE a field as text searchable


but in both cases you will get a permanent message in backend asking to do it

Thanks for your feedback.

We're working on the migration to v2.2.0, but we won't deliver the new production site before next year.

Regarding our request, some fields are updated by scripts because data come from other components, this is the reason why we want to automate indexation by cron task (Currently, we perform it manually in backend). The objective is to avoid ours users to edit their items to udpate these fields.

Is it possible to perform this with a script ?
