it is a slider in content type configuration,

please update to v2.1.3 r1857

I updated ot latest version, but on :

general configuration >> content display >> no SEO option
general configuration >> options >> SEF / URL Options >> no such option to do that

Could you please provide a screenshot or the exacts steps to find this option ?

ok I just saw it in TYPES, not in general configuration ! I was not looking on right way

By the way, is there any method to use item description for meta description ?

if SEO description is empty in item, just fill the meta description with 50 first words of post, something like that ?

maybe try to put {item->text} in your description (type config)
