ok i see the i was thinking of different thread also asking about tooltips

- i see now that you have disabled them (in the URL that you posted) ?

- you page is using the image field, so the issue with ie11 appears at least in the image field ?

I may have not been clear enough because it's not a tooltip problem...
On my page vinauthentic.fr/index.php/selection-de-vins , I use the field "image / picture gallery" to present my products.
This field uses the presentation "multibox Joomla" with a JS gallery.
For each item, there is the image, its tags "alt", "title" attribute and "long description" that are filled.
Our customers click on the thumbnail, the pop up opens, then runs the text of the long description. so they can discover the products without changing the page.

It works on all browsers except IE11 which opens pop up and shows the magnified image but do not runs the text of the long description... and here is my problem today.

i understand now

and i see the problem, just i do not see a JS error in IE11 console, so it is not obvious what is wrong


-- please note that multibox is mootools based and we made some changes to make it work in J2.5/J3.3

in a future version it maybe "silently replaced" by another alternative (you will select "multibox" but another JS lib will load be used)


-- please edit field and try using fancybox JS lib (which is jQuery based) instead, and it should work
